About DET
People led, digitally enabled, partner powered.

Our purpose
Technology decisions that hold up in the real world.
Organisations rarely struggle for lack of technology. They struggle because systems are bought without a plan, installed without documentation, left unsupported or never properly adopted. DET exists to close those gaps — one accountable partner from advice and design through delivery, support and improvement.
We work for provincial departments, hospitals, schools, municipalities and private businesses. Our head office and technical team are in Bloemfontein; we deliver on site across the Free State and Northern Cape, and further afield through our partner network.
Why DET
What makes us different.
One partner, end to end
Advice, supply, deployment and support in one connected journey — no hand-offs between disconnected vendors.
Proven in the public sector
Delivery for provincial departments, hospitals, schools and municipalities, with the documentation and governance they require.
Partner-powered scale
Working relationships with Vodacom, Huawei, Nexio, Altron, Molex and others bring enterprise capability with local accountability.
Local engineers, on site
A Bloemfontein-based technical team working across the Free State and Northern Cape — not a call centre.
Documented and accountable
Installations are tested, labelled and handed over with records; support runs on agreed service levels and reporting.
People led, digitally enabled
Training and change management are part of the plan, so technology is adopted — not just installed.
