The Department had invested in Microsoft 365, but value depends on adoption. Principals, supervisors and support staff needed practical confidence with the tools — and leaders needed to understand how to drive digital change in their schools and offices.
The DET solution
DET designed and delivered one-day, instructor-led workshops across five districts: leadership in digital transformation, followed by hands-on Microsoft 365 training, structured as a people-centred change intervention to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
